311 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Infrastructure Issues: Reporting potholes, damaged trees, or broken traffic lights.
- Sanitation & Maintenance: Requesting graffiti removal, property damage missed trash pickup, or street cleaning.
- Parking & Traffic: Reporting abandoned vehicles or blocked driveways.
- City Services Information: Asking about public transport (MUNI), tax collection, or business records.
- Non-Emergency Police Reports: Reporting incidents that do not require immediate, active police response.

Dog Waste
- Everyone is responsible for helping ensure our parks are clean, safe and enjoyable for everyone
- Leaving your dog waste is a health hazard and public nuisance to other park users
- We ask dog owners to be respectful of their neighbors and to help promote a healthy and enjoyable park environment for everyone, by bringing dog bags with them to clean up after their dog waste.
