Non-Emergency Services – Call 311

311 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

• Infrastructure Issues: Reporting potholes, damaged trees, or broken traffic lights.
• Sanitation & Maintenance: Requesting graffiti removal, property damage missed trash pickup, or street cleaning.
• Parking & Traffic: Reporting abandoned vehicles or blocked driveways.
• City Services Information: Asking about public transport (MUNI), tax collection, or business records.
• Non-Emergency Police Reports: Reporting incidents that do not require immediate, active police response. 
• Loose Animals: Animal Care and Control

Dog Waste

• Everyone is responsible for helping ensure our parks are clean, safe and enjoyable for everyone
• Leaving your dog waste is a health hazard and public nuisance to other park users
• We ask dog owners to be respectful of their neighbors and to help promote a healthy and enjoyable park environment for everyone, by bringing dog bags with them to clean up after their dog waste.
